I am freshly back from Paris with excitement, hope, and calm in my heart. It was great to get away and see the world from a fresh perspective. Even though I would not have changed a thing, it was even better to come home.
Yesterday was a day of travel – more than 18 hours. I turned my phone on as the wheels touched the runway and the slew of emails came flooding in. I quickly flicked through each email flagging those that needed immediate attention and those that could wait.
Nestled deep within the exploding inbox was one from one of my closest friends. It was very appropriate for the journey I had just taken and she asked that I send it on to the women who have touched my life.
And because I have vowed to learn from each interaction I have and live in each and every moment and become a better person for it – I thought I would share it with you.
All you have to do is read the quote. Savour the meaning of the words and share it with those women in your life that matter. For we are both fragile and strong:
